crafted with care. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch.
However, if You are not fully satisfied with Your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The product is returned with original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories
- The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or personalized leather products
- Products showing signs of use, wear, scratches, stains, or damage
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless defective)
- Gift cards or vouchers
Due to the nature of genuine leather, natural marks, grain variations, color tone differences,
or minor texture variations are not considered defects.
3. Return Request Process
- Email us at customerfeedback@craftedstature.com within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number, product details, and clear images/videos
- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
- If approved, return instructions will be shared
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we bear the shipping cost
- For all other approved returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer
- Products must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Only one exchange is allowed per order
- Price differences must be paid by the customer if applicable
- Lower-value exchanges will be refunded as per the refund policy
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated after quality inspection approval
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–10 business days (bank dependent)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error
7. Damaged Items During Transit
- Please do not accept visibly damaged packages, or
- Notify us within 24 hours with unboxing photos/videos
- Claims after 24 hours may not be accepted
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
